WE Custom Homes has a passion for building quality homes specific to each client with one-on-one attention from our entire team. Our goal is to efficiently walk through each stage of the building process with you.
WE offer full custom, soft custom, and spec homes. With a full custom home, you get to make all the selections with the help of our exclusive designer and within your personal budget. A soft custom home lets you select your design preference, within boundaries set by our designer, in order to keep it at an affordable price point. Spec homes have all selections done by our designer and are available as is.
No home is too big or too small for the unwavering personal involvement of our builder, Gary Eastwood. With 17 years of construction experience, Gary ensures that every home is built according to his high standards. He genuinely loves partnering with clients to construct a high-quality home for your family.
Our award-winning interior designer, Brittany Payne, walks with you through all of the design decisions. She's received “Favorite Interior Design” award in our subdivision in the 2018, 2019 and 2021 Lubbock Parade of Homes. Brittany’s passion is working alongside you to ensure your design vision comes to life in your home.
Josh Searsy started with WE in 2019 as our superintendent. He thrives when he is helping the homeowners, and he enjoys working for WE because he knows that Gary will do what’s right for each and every customer.
Miranda Eastwood is our finance manager and keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Eddie Womack is our partner that offers over 30 years of business experience for WE.
